Fermented Wild Garlic & Jack-By-The-Hedge Salt 100g
One of my favourite seasonings made by fermenting wild garlic & jack-by-the-hedge similar to a sauerkraut. The end result is a funky “pickled onion monster munch” style salt Once dried I mix 100g with 100g of sea salt and blend. Great for rubs, roasted potatoes, chips, and my personal favourite on the rim of a glass for bloody maries.

Currently we only ship to the UK. We use UPS for all delivery services and is only available within UK Mainland at a flat rate of £8.95. We can deliver to home or work addresses but must ensure that packages will be signed for. Please check with us if your shipment is urgent. This is the fee regardless of the number of bottles ordered. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
