So, if you are looking for a special and memorable experience incorporating foraging for flavour, preservation techniques, fermentation, wild booze and the history surrounding them then I have plenty of options and ideas to make a memorable event.

What can a private session include?
These sessions work best as 2-3 hour outdoor sessions agreed on by the organisers and will include; introduction to foraging; wild flavours; the rules and regulations; identification techniques; the risks; as well as historical facts and uses of wild ingredients associated wild food and drink.
Along the way wild snacks and drinks will be tested whilst discussing many techniques of preservation, flavour enhancement and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home.
All can be happily tailored on request so please provide as much information as possible.

Private Flavour Foraging & Meet Your Ingredients Sessions*
An introduction to wild flavour including wild snacks and tasters to enjoy along the way followed by Flavour Fred meal. Menus and options are bespoke and can agreed upon with the organiser. Many sites available or private dining options also available.
EXAMPLE: £950 for 3 hours flavour foraging, followed by a wild feast & wild cocktails (10 people – £95 for an additional person up to 18 people).
