A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the Walk where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed.

We will meet at the Birch (Selsdon), 126 Addington Road, South Croydon, CR2 8YA and be meeting at the orangery before heading out onto the sites 200 acres for a 2.5 hours flavour-led-foraging walk.

These walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters along the way.
