NETTLE SEED PITA - With roasted turnip, sun-dried tomatoes (c/o Chippy), dandelion, sorrel, nettle, wood sorrel, ladies smock

@trewhitts and I had a little day out the other day. It was cold I made pitta in the @gozney roccbox which I’ve had a while. Got my eye on the new tread. No recipe here just us being outdoors making food that makes is feel warmer. Love the noble fir molasses as a rolling pin. Just the right shape and weight to roll them pita out nicely.

Just started thinking that all o do is post turnip recipes atm. They are great though with the texture, sharp, bitter and loved being amongst those delicious sun-dried tomatoes in balsamic and Tuscan olive oil. Some more wild leaves, pickles and warm nettle seed pita giving it all a hug. And arguable our bodies a hug with the health benefits. 

Anyhow – I used to make a lot of pita over @orenlondon and it’s been nice to bring them into my wild food this way. Turnips and radish’s from @lauren_lovatt post book launch event goody bag.
