Also managed to have a chat with @forageurban about next years event and we popped out for more velvet shank and 3 cornered leek. A leftover Camembert, beetroot and a whole selection of wild larder items we used before blowtorched and baked. Great! Potatoes on the side too.
Anyhow have a good Christmas. I’ve got loads to organise given a recent move so I’ll be posting some vids of what I have prepared from various items preserved, second use elements and building/orphaning a pantry for next year.
