”As part of the new Tate exhibition dedicated to Cézanne, Tate Eats asked the team at Square Root Soda to make a limited-edition soda. I got involved and this wonderful apple & sweet woodruff soda was part of the exhibition.

They asked me to add a wild twist, and I wanted to tie in with landscapes and fringes of woodlands in Cézanne’s paintings.
It was wonderful to be involved in this project and I hope this is just the beginning. Sweet Woodruff is one of my favourite herbs.
