FAT FOX MUSHROOMS X FLAVOUR FRED

FAT FOX MUSHROOMS: an extra special session for 2026 covering 4.5 hours ending with a workshop focusing on deriving flavour through various cooking & fermentation techniques to get the most out of wild ingredients & cultivated fungi.   We will start with a Flavour Led Forage from Hackney Marshes through Leyton Marshes at 2pm.  After a 2.5 hour walk we will arrive at Fat Fox Mushrooms (43 Markfield Road, London, N15 4QA) for a workshop on how to get the most out of some glorious cultivated fungi from the Fat Fox crew.  During the session we will also enjoy a selection of my favourite wild dishes & mushroom based snacks, wild sodas/drinks, infusions and various tasty wild drinks.
