Wild Flavour, Tacos & Beer Join Flavour Fred for a unique after-work flavour focused wild food experience exploring the wild flavours growing on Leyton Marshes before heading to 40FT Brewery for tacos, and drinks. We’ll begin with a gentle walk across the marshes, discovering the edible plants, herbs, flowers and flavours thriving in this surprisingly wild corner of East London. Along the way you’ll learn how to identify a variety of seasonal species, hear their stories, and find out how they can be used in food and drink.  We'll even stop for some tasty snacks and drinks before setting off again for the brewery. After the walk we’ll make our way to 40FT Brewery, where the team from Acme Taco will be serving tacos with many wild sauces available inspired by ingredients and flavours encountered during the walk. Pair this with a freshly brewed beer from 40FT. 2 tacos & a drink are included Whether you’re completely new to foraging or already have an interest in wild food, this is a relaxed and sociable evening designed to help you see the city through a different lens.
