FLAVOUR LED WALK BOOKINGS
We will meet at the Tillingham Winery Car Park, Dew Farm, Dew Lane, Peasmarsh, East Sussex TN31 6XD before heading out into some of the hedgerows and woodlands for a 2.5 hour flavour-led-foraging walk.  This wonderful site has a great bar, pizzas and restaurant to enjoy after a foraging walk.  Look out for special events coming soon!

A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the Walk where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed.

Flavour-Led Foraging walks walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters along the way.
