Flat Earth Pizzas has supported me as a supplier since they opened at 288 Cambridge Heath Road. After the many successful collaboration events between 2022-2025 we have decided to run the same style event on many Sunday’s in 2025/6 including 19th October 2025, 31st May 2026 & 11th October 2026.  Please book via the link below. We will start with a Flavour Led Forage (snacks and tasters along the way) from Hackney Marshes all the way to Flat Earth Pizzas where we will enjoy a drink on arrival a selection of Flat Earth Pizzas with wild dips and some Flavour Fred cocktails. This ticketed event will start at 12:00noon meeting near the Hackney Visitors Centre arriving at Flat Earth Pizzas for 3:15pm concluding by 4:30pm. Further meeting point location provided on confirmation email that follows.

Flavour Fred’s Foraging Walks: These sessions are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters.
