“Meet your ingredients” events are interactive & immersive experiences focusing on wild flavours, foraging, fermentation & flavourful food designed for groups, get-togethers, dinner parties, and work training sessions/away-days.

40ft x ACME Taco x Flavour Fred – Starting at Leyton Marshes E5, ending at 40 ft Brewery, Walthamstow (E17). A unique after-work flavour focused wild food experience exploring wild flavours on Leyton Marshes before heading to 40ft Brewery for tacos and drinks. Friday 28th August & 18th September

Dining in the Garden at The Castle Climbing Centre (N5, 2HA) – Back by popular demand a full on all inclusive wild feast with drinks from Flavour Fred following a flavour-led walk locally. Friday afterwork special 21st August & 28th September.

The purpose is to showcase wild flavour; how to find it; discussing its history and different uses regionally and across the globe. The most popular sessions include a selection of wild food and with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks/cocktails.
