”I recently put out a beefsteak mushroom video but thought it was time for another utilising the fungus to recreate a beef mince. Honestly I tried this out a few years ago on my family and it worked a treat. They didn’t even know that it was fungus over the beef.

By grating the beefsteak into a hot pan and getting the water out then a little char gave it a great mince like texture. Adding in all the other standard ingredients and layering the flavours gave a good quality dish that was baked and devoured.
Very tasty. Definitely not beef but wonderful all the same.
