WOOD EAR SALAD
This side salad is very quick and easy and one of my favourite ways to use this mushroom raw. You’ll see it in a variety of different ways on many Asian menu’s. Most commonly I see it with garlic, fresh red chili peppers, Chinese black vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil on Chinese menu’s.
