DESCRIPTION:Wild Flavour\, Tacos & Beer \nJoin Flavour Fred for a unique after-work flavour focused foraging experience exploring the wild flavours growing on Leyton Marshes before heading to 40FT Brewery for tacos\, drinks\, and good company. \nWe’ll begin with a gentle walk across the marshes\, discovering the edible plants\, herbs\, flowers and flavours thriving in this surprisingly wild corner of East London. Along the way you’ll learn how to identify a variety of seasonal species\, hear their stories\, and find out how they can be used in food and drink. \nAfter the walk we’ll make our way to 40FT Brewery\, where the team from Acme Taco will be serving specially created tacos with wild flavours inspired by ingredients and flavours encountered during the walk.
