All dietary requirements are catered for and confirmed 3 days prior to each event along with any other special requests.” \nWe have teamed up once more at this beautiful location with ancient woodlands boasting fantastic funghi\, flora & fauna.   We will geek out and demonstrate all the wonders of the wild around discussing food\, medicines & folklore followed by a feast over fire\, and wild soda’s. \nWe have a shuttle service picking up from Haywards Heath at 11:30am and returning to Haywards Heath for 5:30pm. Haywards Heath is a 45 minute train from London Victoria & 20 minutes from Brighton. \nThe price is all inclusive so if you are intending on making your own way please choose the second ticket option.  The group size will be limited to 16 people on the Shuttle. \n“Looking for a fun first step into wild flavours? DESCRIPTION:A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the Walk where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed. \nWe will meet at the Waterworks Centre Nature Reserve Car Park\, Lammas Road\, E10 7QB.  Further meeting point location provided on the confirmation email that follows. \nThese walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations\, identification techniques\, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts.
