DESCRIPTION:“Flavour Fred serves up delicious plant based food. All dietary requirements are catered for and confirmed 3 days prior to each event along with any other special requests.” \nWe have teamed up once more at this beautiful location with ancient woodlands boasting fantastic funghi\, flora & fauna. These are monthly sessions and this extra special event is hosted by us both @flavourfred & @queer.as.funghi. \nWe will geek out and demonstrate all the wonders of the wild around discussing food\, medicines & folklore followed by a feast over fire\, and wild cocktails (non-alcoholic & alcoholic). \nWe have a shuttle service picking up from Haywards Heath at 11:30am and returning to Haywards Heath for 5:30pm. Haywards Heath is a 45 minute train from London Victoria & 20 minutes from Brighton. \nThe price is all inclusive so if you are intending on making your own way please choose the second ticket option.  The group size will be limited to 16 people on the Shuttle. \n“Looking for a fun first step into wild flavours? Why not book a flavour foraging walk and feast. For two hours\, we’ll take you on a guided walk through the surrounding area where we will show you how to identify and enjoy some of the many wild plants & funghi that grow all around us.  After which we will have a wild feast & cocktails in a the beautiful setting of The Farmyard @ Lydhurst sitting amongst the wildlife whilst using many of the items found on your your dishes.” \nPlease view our Terms and Conditions

DESCRIPTION:A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the Walk where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed. \nWe will meet at the Waterworks Centre Nature Reserve Car Park\, Lammas Road\, E10 7QB.  Further meeting point location provided on confirmation email that follows. \nThese walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations\, identification techniques\, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts.
