DESCRIPTION:A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the session where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed. \nFlat Earth Pizzas has supported me as a supplier since they opened at 288 Cambridge Heath Road. Sadly on the 7th of March their windows were smashed in by a hammer wielding vandal overnight. In an effort to raise some money to help with the new windows and the installation of electric shutters we are working together on an extra special event on Sunday 2nd of April. \nWe would love it if you can show some support and join us for a Flavour Led Forage (snacks and tasters along the way) from Hackney Marshes all the way to Flat Earth Pizzas where we will enjoy Wild Pizzas with some Flavour Fred cocktails all included in the ticket price. This ticketed event will start at 10:00am meeting near the Waterworks Centre\, E10 7QB arriving at Flat Earth Pizzas for 12:15pm concluding by 1:30pm. Further meeting point location provided on confirmation email that follows. \nFlavour Fred’s Foraging Walks: These sessions are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations\, identification techniques\, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters. \nPlease view our Terms and Conditions

All dietary requirements are catered for and confirmed 3 days prior to each event along with any other special requests.” \nWe have teamed up once more at this beautiful location with ancient woodlands boasting fantastic funghi\, flora & fauna. These are monthly sessions and this extra special event is hosted by us both @flavourfred & @queer.as.funghi. \nWe will geek out and demonstrate all the wonders of the wild around discussing food\, medicines & folklore followed by a feast over fire\, and wild cocktails (non-alcoholic & alcoholic). \nWe have a shuttle service picking up from Haywards Heath at 11:30am and returning to Haywards Heath for 5:30pm. Haywards Heath is a 45 minute train from London Victoria & 20 minutes from Brighton. \nThe price is all inclusive so if you are intending on making your own way please choose the second ticket option.  The group size will be limited to 16 people on the Shuttle. \n“Looking for a fun first step into wild flavours?
