Why not book a funghi Friday and feast. SUMMARY:Parkland Walk
DESCRIPTION:A further confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to the Walk where any special requests and dietary requirements can be discussed. \nMeeting at the collection of silver birch trees near the tennis courts in Finsbury Park we will walk along Parkland Walk finishing at the Boogaloo for any questions and drinks. \nThese walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations\, identification techniques\, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters. \nPlease view our Terms and Conditions
