Over a couple of hours\, you’ll learn how to identify\, harvest and understand the plants growing all around us\, while enjoying light\, nourishing snacks along the way. \nBack at the farm\, the experience deepens with a hands-on workshop centred around elderflower\, one of spring’s most celebrated ingredients. Flavour Fred will guide you through its uses\, benefits and simple preparations you can bring into your everyday life. \nWe then gather for a biodynamic\, seasonal lunch\, prepared by the Farmacy kitchen\, showcasing the best of what the land has to offer. Expect vibrant\, nutrient-dense dishes designed to nourish and restore\, served in a relaxed\, communal setting. \nSpaces are limited.
